Violence Against Women, Services Elgin County held its Art for the Soul prize raffle at Illumine Gallery on April 5. Taking part were (from left) Dale Brown, Christie Brown, Liz Brown, Ann-Marie Cheung, Paula Mould and Elizabeth Kusinski.
