More than 80 pieces of art are featured in a new exhibition to kick off the summer season.

The Art Gallery of Lambeth is hosting the fourth-annual Juried Summer Sizzler Exhibition featuring works by 25 local artists.

“This is a one-of-a-kind visual experience, exhibiting art in a variety of mediums including painting, textiles, pastel, pencil, graphite, sculpture, photography mixed media, encaustic and much more,” gallery curator Vivian Tserotas said.

Local artist Suzzette Terry will jury the exhibition.

Terry’s abstract and figurative work can be seen at the Thielsen Gallery in London, or the Davis Canadian Arts in Stratford.

The opening reception takes place Friday and the exhibition continues until July 26.

“This will be an enchanted evening that will engage all the senses and satisfy every art enthusiast. There is something for everyone,” Tserotas said.
