Something very exciting is coming! The Bloomz Arthouse 2nd International online art show 29th & 30th January, 2021.

The Bloomz are excited to announce that tickets are now available, from TicketTailor, for their eagerly anticipated, 2nd International On-line Art Show—just go to www.thebloomz.co.uk and choose tickets at the top of the welcome page.

We are the first to bring you an International Art Show in this way, via Zoom, onto a computer near you. Zoom as you have never used it before! Fully interactive experience

We have a varied, eclectic mix of artists from across the globe who will be ready to show you their latest collections of original work; talk to you about their passion for their art; and discuss the processes they use.

There will be three Art Show sessions—one at 19:00hrs 29th January plus one at 10:00hrs and one at 19:00hrs (UK time) on 30th January—and each show will last 3 hours. We suggest you allow 2 hours for your visit. The artists are detailed on the website so that you can get to know them a little before you arrive at the event.

The first show in September 2020 received rave reviews and once the allotted tickets have been taken there will be a waiting list in case of cancellations.

The Year in Review

I experienced so much learning and personal growth in 2020. It was a year for looking inward and really discovering my purpose and passion.

At the beginning of the year, I was a full time 3D character design and animation student; still feeling the deep loss of my mom’s death the year before. Covid-19 happened and I finished the final months of my course online.

My intention was to seek 9 to 5 employment but then I decided to return to creating fine art and make it a full time business instead. Maybe it sounds a little crazy but I wanted to follow my passion.

I’m grateful for all the amazing people I’ve met this year. Movers and shakers and dreamers who want to make this world a better place.

And I learned to scuba dive this summer. The pandemic and the loss of a loved one makes you realize that life is so short and you need to really experience everything your heart desires.

At the end of this year, I enrolled in a 200 hour yoga teacher training program which has been quite the life changing experience so far. As the year comes to a close, my heart is full of joy. 2021 is going to be amazing!

Here’s a painting exercise that anyone can do.

1. Paint a circle with any type of paint. I was using acrylic paint for this.

2. Let that dry.

3. Start by making a dot in the centre. Draw counter clockwise as evenly spaced as possible. I used a gold paint marker pan.

This is an excellent way to relax and meditate.

A Joyful Look

My new look is filled with love and light. I continue to paint angels in honour of my mother who transitioned February 5th, 2019. She loved angels and would often gift me fairy and angel statues.
