Listening to the beat of the drum, the beat of my heart, I found myself opening a large wooden door in a tree. Entering the darkness, I walked down the glistening stone steps, going deep, deep down. Into the earth, into an underground cavern.
The shadowy figure by the river beckoned me to enter a red canoe. Sitting in the canoe, it moved on its own. Taking me down the river with rocks on either side. Looking up, I saw Turquoise Changing Woman and Owl flying around, both with wonderful multicolored wings. The drum was beating.
A beautiful black panther was leaping from one side of the river bank to the other. Suddenly he jumped into the canoe with me. I stroked his silky, shining black coat. I cuddled this ferocious, exotic cat. Then he scratched my upper arm leaving three large red marks. Sitting back, he stared at me with his big yellow eyes.
The drum beat quickened, it was time to return. I got out of the canoe, made my way up the steps and back out the door into the upper world. I was in a sunny meadow and saw a porcupine meandering around.
Later that day I received the heart breaking news that my brother Phillip had passed away. (May 1st, 2021)

I’ve created some pretty cool animated gif NFTs on Open Sea. Will be available for sale soon.

This is an ancient Hawaiian prayer for reconciliation and forgiveness.

Ho’oponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) translates to “Correctionâ€.
Recite seven times (or throughout your day).
Direct it to your own heart, people, and situations that need to be aligned with Love.

I painted over an old painting, Live on Social Media. It was all about letting go of attachments.
Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything anger, anxiety, or possessions we cannot be free. – Thich Nhat Hanh
So the question came up today…What do you want?
What I really want is travel and adventure. I want to venture into the woods with my wild women friends. I want to dive deep into the ocean. I want to play and explore. I crave more experiences and less stuff.
I desire to make a difference in someone’s life.
At the end of the day, I want to know that my life mattered.
My Mom never liked to reveal her age. It was as if she was embarrassed about how old she was, as if it was a crime for a woman to grow old. She always looked years younger so she kept her age a secret.
But you know what, in a few months I’ll be turning 60! Hey, I’ve said it to the world and I am going to celebrate!!! I still feel like I’m in my 30’s and in great health. I’m over half way through my 200 hour yoga teacher training and heck I even learned to scuba dive last summer. Life is good.
